Wherever we could choose a more sustainable direction, we have. 28 Bolton Street’s “Excellent” BREEAM rating demonstrates our success. We are proud of the care we have taken to conserve this remarkable building while creating a luxurious space with a lower carbon footprint and responsible social impact.

Built To Be Efficient
The building’s efficient energy and waste systems are good for everyone.
- Lighting: Large windows and high ceilings retained for maximum natural lighting.
- Power: Thermal modelling for efficient temperature control. A metering system to monitor energy use for ongoing adjustment.
- Air quality: Ventilation and cooling to maintain good air quality efficiently and sustainably.
- Water: Meters, automated sanitaryware and other equipment to minimise waste and usage.
- Suppliers: Local sourcing wherever possible to reduce our carbon footprint, keep costs down, and contribute to the local economy.
- Recycling: Full recycling facilities, including waste separation facilities in the refreshment areas and kitchen. ‘Closed loop’ recycling wherever possible, allowing waste materials to be returned to manufacturers for reuse.
- Cleaning: Only 100% eco-friendly products.
